Return Policy

Conditions for Returns:

Return Process:

    We will issue a Return Number and provide instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Return the Product:
    Pack the product carefully in its original packaging, including all components, and send it to the address provided by customer service.

  4. Shipping Fees:
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  5. Processing and Refund:

    • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the return status.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Replacement of Defective Products:

  • In-warranty repairs are free of charge.
  • Out-of-warranty repairs will incur a fee, which will be communicated before proceeding.

4. Non-Repairable Items:

  • Devices with severe physical damage or unauthorized modifications may be deemed non-repairable.

5. Customer Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for backing up all data before sending the device for repair. Geekoo is not liable for data loss.
