Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Period:
We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for all handheld gaming consoles.

2. What the Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Hardware malfunctions under normal usage conditions.
  • Faulty components, such as screens, buttons, or internal hardware.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidental drops, exposure to liquids, or improper handling.
  • Issues resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Problems caused by installing unsupported software or games.
  • Using incorrect charging adapters or cables.
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, or fading colors).

4. Warranty Claim Process:

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to claim the warranty.

  • If the defect is confirmed to be covered, we will repair or replace the console free of charge.

5. Handling Defects Caused by Misuse:
If the defect is determined to result from misuse, we will provide repair services at a nominal fee. The repair cost will be shared with the customer before proceeding.
